1. Information We Collect
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Kyochi Foot Reflexology services and participation in our franchise program. By accessing our services or applying for a franchise, you agree to these Terms.
2. Franchise Program Terms
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify as a Kyochi Franchisee, the applicant must:
- Show entrepreneurial passion
- Uphold honesty and integrity
- Be committed to daily operations and customer engagement
- Possess basic networking and business development skills
- Be ready to follow the Kyochi operational model
- Invest a minimum of ₹2,50,000 + setup cost
- Have access to a space of 200 to 400 sq. ft. in high-footfall areas
Franchise Term:
- Initial term of 3 years, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
Return on Investment:
- Estimated ROI within 24–36 months, based on location and management quality.
Franchisor Support Includes:
- Training and onboarding
- Brand marketing
- Operational guidance
- Ongoing support and audits
Franchisee Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff (preferably visually impaired, in line with our brand ethos)
- Maintain center cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Abide by brand standards and compliance norms
3. Reflexology Center Use
Service Rules:
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Services are not a substitute for medical care
- Clients are advised to disclose any health conditions before sessions
Refund Policy:
- Refunds for pre-paid services are available with a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice
- Franchise setup fees are non-refundable after agreement execution
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, training materials, and brand assets are the sole property of Kyochi and cannot be reproduced or shared without written consent.
5. Legal & Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising shall be governed under the jurisdiction of chennai
- Franchisees are bound by the franchise agreement signed at the time of onboarding
